Art Museum Real Estate

The Art Museum Area is situated just Northwest of Center City, and is comprised of Fairmount, Spring Garden, Brewerytown, Franklintown, and Francisville.  Named for the hill upon which the Philadelphia Museum of Art stands, the Art Museum neighborhood borders the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, our flag-lined version of the Champs Elysees and Fairmount Park, the largest urban park in the world, home to the Philadelphia Zoo and Boathouse Row.

Home to young and old alike, and one of Philly’s many great neighborhoods for dogs, the Art Museum area has direct access to one of Center City’s recreational highlights: Kelly Drive, which offers jogging paths, scenic views and glorious outdoor artwork.  The Art Museum neighborhood boasts fun, eclectic neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, Whole Foods, and a wonderfully-warm community of neighbors.
