The spring market is starting to come alive. Despite record low inventories (for the spring), more homes are coming on every day. For sellers getting ready to list soon, the timing is perfect to capture those vital outdoor marketing photos. Imagine the beautiful flowers and trees in bloom—front yard, back yard, the shot of your block, or even the neighborhood park—images of peak foliage season add significant value and can help your home sell for more.
What if you are selling at another time of year? Or you may be considering a move in a year or more and have no idea the season. If you think this may be the case, I am available to send a photographer to your home to shoot these photos at peak time. Then, whenever you decide to sell, whether in early April (you know, when it is 35 degrees), or in the heart of winter (also 35 degrees), or even in late summer or fall when foliage is not at its peak, you have the shots that stand above the competition. I always look for that key marketing edge—get the highest number of buyers interested in seeing your home, and obtain the highest possible price.
Please let me know if you have interest and we can discuss exactly when your home and your block will look its best and set up the photographer for that time.
Finally, as always, do you know someone who is considering buying or selling real estate? I would be honored if you recommended me to be their trusted adviser. I pledge to provide them with the absolute highest level of service.
